By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
NFT and AI usage is strictly forbidden

You may re-post an image from me with proper credit and do not claim it as your art. Do not steal, copy, edit or feed it to AI in any form.Remember to ALWAYS credit me for my artwork. Credit artists by assigning them the emote attribution on twitch, or have it on your about page.I own the artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with the art, for example stream it, post it to my social media. Or present it in portfolios etc. unless otherwise agreed, see NDA terms in prices.If you want to order an illustration for commercial use for example sell prints, merch, it will be 100% higher than the price of the commission you ordered.You are still free to print out the commission you want as long as it's for your PERSONAL use only and NOT for sale.You can post and use the artwork on social media with credit without having to pay a commercial fee!! This includes Twitch/streaming purposes and social media content.Sketches/wips will be sent to you as soon as I start, and I always send updates as I go on.You'll recieve low res with my watermark(for posting on social media) and high res for print/personal use. I mark all the files so you know exactly what is what. Depending on the illustration you will also recieve a transparent .PNG. For any 2D animation, you will recieve GIF file, big and small.

REVISIONSIn pre-order/on the rough sketch stage up to 3 revisions are free.3 small revision will be offered in every step of the process.If there's any revisions after they have been approved during the previous step or big ones, there will be +5 each.*small revision example: detail specification, color. Any other revisions like pose, location are big ones.

REFUND and PAYMENT POLICY
I`m only take payments after approved sketch. Since that time commision is in work progress.I do not accept refund requests - a cancellation of a commission will not be accepted if the payment has already been made. This also applies if the client is paying through a payment plan and any partial payments have been sent.*refunds are only possible if initiated on my side
